Well it appears as though the fires caused no lasting damage.

I suppose that is all for the best. Though the fact that we seem to have no fire department could be cause for concern. In normal circumstances I would most likely sugest forming a volunteer ...department of some type. However I doubt very much that would be successful here.

Yes, well looking back it wasn't the brightest of plans...However it was on the street and miracusely the votes were somehow counted.

Yes that is true. Some more then others but always at least one. The truth so rarely gets out though. In the very least the story of the Baudaliares will not suffer that fate.

The Baudalaires are three children that I have been writing the history of. They have suffered from various cases of injustice in their life and I hope with these books the truth will finally be able to reach the public.

I certainly hope so. At the moment I believe I am at the end of my book series. However I doubt I will find them then...

I have reasons for being the way I am.
I may be a terribly boring person, this is one of the reasons I tend keep to myself. To spare other people the misery of my company.

Joy and gusto have never been part of my work. When researching such horrid events it is hard enough to continue to get up in the morning, let alone doing it with a smile and a laugh.

It doesn't matter what the hell you're researching. Find something you like. Picture the end result. Smile, for fuck's sake. It doesn't matter if you've hit a roadblock. It's only temporary. If you let life get you down, you'll never get anything done. Ever.

I somehow find it hard to believe that long term happiness. Something has been alluding me all these years. Will suddenly appear in my life after being kidnapped and forced to live in a small town.
